Colliers International | Baltimore CEO and principal Timothy R. Hearn has joined the board of Alliance, a nonprofit organization that provides rehabilitation, treatment, case management, vocational and employment services and housing to people with disabilities in Maryland.
Hearn, who has 25 years of commercial real estate experience, oversees the four businesses operated by Colliers International | Baltimore. He represents landlords and developers for office and industrial parks, as well as retail projects along the Interstate 95 corridor.
In addition, Hearn has received awards and honors, including Commercial Realtor of the Year and Unique Transaction of the Year. Over the past decade, Hearn’s focus has been on leading the company’s efforts in providing multiple services to national institutional property owners, as well as long time property owners in the Mid-Atlantic region.
He has received the industry designation, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Hearn attended Brown University and also earned degrees from Loyola University Maryland.
